Organization

Select the Organization tab. This tab allows the user to create sub organizations and sub pools.

Create Sub Organization

Select the Create Sub Organization button to create a sub organization.

Select the Parent Organization from the dropdown menu.
Enter a name for the Sub Organization.
Select the Create button to create the sub organization.
Th created sub organization will be shown in the Sub Organization table.

Sub Organization Table

The table lists all the sub organizations associated with the selected main organization. It shows the following information:
- Sub Organization - Name of the Sub Organization
- Account Type - Type of account (Pooled/Service)
- Service Account - Name of the main pool created in the Service account tab
- Pool - Name of the sub pool associated with the Sub Organization
- Size - Quota set for the Sub Pool
- Usage - Percentage of data used by the Sub Organization out of the total quota
- Billing Date - Date of billing

Actions

Top Up

Select the Top Up icon under the Actions column to add top up data to the sub pool.
Enter the Top Up value and select the unit (GB/TB).

Select Save button to save the changes.

Create Sub Pool

Select the Assign Sub Pool to Organization icon to create a sub pool and associate it with the sub organization.

In the Pool Name field, enter a name for the sub pool.
In the Service Account field, select the name of the main pool. The data from the selected main pool will divided among all the sub pools which are associated with it.
Enter the Pool Size and select the Unit.
Select the Start Date.
Select the Duration.
Click the Recurring checkbox to renew the pooled account according to the selected time period.
In the Pool Info field, enter a description for the pool.
Using the Quota Action field, the user can specify the actions to be done when the data usage reaches a specific percentage of total quota of that respective pool.
There are 3 types of actions that the user can configure.
The first action type is Send Notification - Using this option, the user can configure to send a notification about the data usage when the data usage reaches a specific percentage of the total quota of that pool.
In the % used field, enter the target percentage at which the notification should be sent.
Select Send Notification in the next field from the dropdown menu.
In the Email field, enter the email addresses to which the notification should be sent.
Now when the usage reaches the given percentage, a notification will be sent to the given Email addresses stating details about the data consumption.
Select the icon to add another action.
The second action type is Opt Out All Service Lines - Using this option, the user can configure all the service lines to opt out from using the priority data. When the site is located closer to the shore within a preset distance, the site uses standard data to access internet. When the site crosses this fixed distance and travels into the deep sea, it can access internet only using the Priority data. Using the Opt out all service lines action type, the user can configure to stop using the priority data for internet connectivity.
In the % used field, enter the target percentage at which the service should opt out from using priority data.
Select Opt Out All Service Lines in the next field from the dropdown menu.
Now when the usage reaches the given percentage, the service will stop using the priority data for internet connectivity.
Select the icon to add another action.
The third action type is Pause All Service Lines - Using this option, the user can configure all the service lines to pause internet connectivity.
In the % used field, enter the target percentage at which the service should pause all service lines.
Select Pause All Service Lines in the next field from the dropdown menu.
Now when the usage reaches the given percentage, the service will stop providing internet access.
Using the Revert Action field, select the actions that should be taken when the plan renews for the next cycle based on the selected duration.
Select the Assign button to create the Sub Pool.
